Shipping & Returns

Our shipping and return policy applies to all mail-order repair services and product sales. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping devices to us and are strongly encouraged to use a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during inbound transit. Once repairs are completed and payment is finalized, devices will be returned using the shipping method selected or otherwise agreed upon, and tracking information will be provided when available; responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier upon dispatch, and delivery delays are outside our control. Due to the nature of repair services, diagnostic fees and labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun. Installed parts may only be eligible for return or refund if unused and returned in original condition. If a repair cannot be completed due to parts availability, pre-existing damage, or other technical limitations, the customer will be notified promptly and charged only for diagnostics or approved work performed. Product sales are eligible for return only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window, with return shipping costs borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
